Kelly
Lagrutta

Kelly Lagrutta is a singer, songwriter, and purveyor of lyrical prose
in the American Folk tradition
of the 60’s and 70’s.
Kelly presents a sweet
collection of heart-felt tales exploring the foibles
of love, the burn of loss, and
the inherent irony in surviving the human
condition: living room songs;
simple stories of life.
She plays folk-guitar, dabbles
in mandolin, and studies extensively West
African drum and dance. She
performs locally as a solo folk musician, and
regionally with Ashe’ West
African Dance and Drum Ensemble.
Kelly performed at our April 26th
Song Circle and impressed us all with her
great songs and guitar style.
